“How leadership practices in a school can impact the learning and achievement of students”.

Under her guidance and leadership, schools achieved excellent ratings among the top 25 emerging schools in the Middle East, outstanding by the government entities and awarded for innovative learning strategies, best school and school administration.

Currently Poonam heads Teacher Training and Quality Assurance vertical at Taito Education, which has presence in UK, UAE and India.

Poonam’s future focus is on establishing a start-up schools with Conceptual Designs for Curriculum and Higher Order Instruction with action packed visible learning, clear perspectives, courageous insights and transformative practices.
